Subquantum Biophysics

The Random Event Generators (REG) used by PEAR all rely on the Shroedinger equations. In operation, these devices electronically produce "white noise", which appears as purely random electromagnetic radiations with fluctuations in phase, frequency, and time. We then expect to observe perfect randomity, to the third order, as we are observing this noise. However, the Shroedinger equations postulate that there is a direct interaction between the attention of the Observer and the quantum-originated white noise.

The noise-to-Observer interaction causes the normally observed randomity to develop regularities, and organizations, and observable patterns. Excursions from the expected and normal states of pure randomity are observed by our instrumentation. Actually this all occurs at the subquantum level, where the human being is constantly immersed in an atmosphere comprised of subquantum particles. The subquantum creatures are so small in mass that they are easily influenced well before any inertial or electrical effects can be observed. Thus, when the human being shifts attention or intention or emotional state, this directly causes motions in the subquantum domains, which motions are first observable in the form of the various vector potentials.

The REG devices of PEAR are specially constructed so as to detect and capture any such organizational excursions in the white noise. Since the quantum activities are the result of the subquantum activities, and since we can show that the Observer directly influences the quantum potential (by way of interactions with the subquantum entities which are exceedingly light, and sensitive to activities at the larger scales), as in the case of alterations of the radiated patterns of symplectic transmission facilities in direct correspondence with the attention, intention, and emotional states of the operators of the transmission apparatus, then we can show that the influence so produced on the quantum potential shall result in excursions in the white noise, resulting in the observed organizations and patternings therein.

The larger the quantitative attention, the larger are the observed excursions. This is in evidence in the data structures obtained by PEAR, especially by Radin, where correlations are found between global events and the regularities observed in the REG devices used on the nootropic experiments of Radin, et.al.

We can actually put all this in simpler terms, and say that the more people are involved, the larger is the number of subquantum entities which are affected by them, and the larger and more pervasive is the extent of the perturbed motions of the subquantum entities, resulting in larger excursions in the time-density of ordered states as collected by the REG devices (Radin's EGG is just another kind of REG.) In other words, the more people there are who are "disturbing the waters" of the subquantum domains, the larger will be the observed departures away from pure randomity.

The advantage of using HNeT here is that it can parse the patterns and organizations that result from the activities of various forms of Consciousness, whether physical or non-physical, and convert those patternings and observations into letters and pictures which can be displayed on the computer screen. This results in direct displays of non-physical Beings, and results in a direct communications link between the physical and non-physical realms. Because this entire approach is based on the supreme sensitivity of the tiniest of subquantum particles, I fully expect magnificent results from this approach.
